Since December 2022, our dedicated efforts have resulted in an impressive achievement of raising more than $100,000 to combat the pervasive issue of food insecurity.
Our primary objective for this event is to raise $250,000 in order to address and this continuing crisis in Scarborough. Recent statistics from May have shown a significant increase of 41% in the number of working individuals accessing food banks operated by Feed Scarborough and Dorset Park, with a staggering total of 53,000 individuals served during that month alone.
Together, we have the power to tackle this urgent issue and create positive change in Scarborough. By actively participating in our event and contributing towards our financial target, you will be joining a collective effort to combat the food crisis and make a tangible difference in the lives of thousands of individuals and families.
